3. Acceptable Use

You may use MenuBunny only for lawful purposes related to managing restaurant menus and business information. You must not use the service to publish misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the menu data and content you enter into MenuBunny. By publishing menus, you grant us a license to display that content publicly on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep MenuBunny available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the dashboard will cease, and published menus will be taken offline.

7. Limitation of Liability

MenuBunny is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
